Korean Pork BBQ Ribs

Ingredients
<p>4 lb of pork (sliced from butcher)</p>
<p>1/2 ginger root (smash until fine)</p>
<p>2 tbsp garlic minced</p>
<p>Pinch of sugar</p>
<p>Pinch of salt</p>
<p>1 cup soy sauce</p>
<p>3 tbsp of red pepper paste</p>
<p>2 tbsp of honey</p>
<p>3 tbsp of sesame oil</p>
<p>3 tbsp of toasted ground sesame seeds</p>
<p>4-5 green onions chopped</p>
<p>1 tbsp black pepper</p>

Cut the fat from pork. Tenderize the meat w/ knife first. Mix around and let marinade for 1 hour or grill right away if rushed for time.
