Steak Stuff

Ingredients
1 lb. Round steak or "minute steaks" chopped
1 med. onion
2 carrots chopped
1 can of Campbell's Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can of water
1/4 c. dry red or white wine for degreasing

Tenderize meat before chopping it up. Add salt and pepper to chopped meat and fry in pan (preferably a cast iron skillet or similar) on high to med-high flame to create browning. Degrease pan with wine or water to create a gravy. Turn flame to med and add soup and 1 can of water (or less). Add carrots, peas, potatoes or whatever else you'd like in your stew. Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 30 minutes or until carrots are soft.

 Server over rice, potatoes or egg noodles
