Chili

Intro: 

Serves 4-6

Ingredients
1-2 tbsp Cumin
1-2 tbsp Chili Powder
1-2 jalapeño or serano pepper (keep seeds and membrane for extra heat).
1 med onion
1 15 oz can Black Beans
1 15oz can of Red Beans (Kidney, which ever you prefer).
2 garlic cloves
1 lb ground sirloin
salt and pepper to taste

Cook the meat in a pan with the onion, garlic and pepper, keeping the fat. Add in the tomatoes, spices cooking on med-high. Rinse the beans and add to chili. Bring to a boil, then simmer on med-low for 30 minutes. Recipe also works well in a slow cooker - with a little bit of beer added.
