Guacamole

Ingredients
4 avacados
1 medium sized tomato
1 medium red onion
3 cloves of garlic
1-3 serrano/jalapeno peppers (depending on how spicy)
1-2 limes
Bunch of cilantro
salt and pepper to taste

Remove the pit and shell/skin from avacado by cutting through the avacado lengthwise until the knife sticks in the avacado.  Carefully work the knife around the avacado until you have 2 pieces.  Remove the pits (keep 1 for later).  You can either spoon out the avacado or slice across it with the knife making cubes.

Place the avacado in a large bowl.  Chop garlic, onion, and peppers and place in bowl with avacado.  Mash until desired consistency.  Chop cilantro and tomato and stir in.  Add pepper and a generous amount of salt.  Just before serving add lime juice and stir. 

Place the avacado pit in the mix to prevent it from turning brown.
