Zucchini Appetizer

Ingredients
3 c. thinly sliced unpared zucchini (about 4 small zucchinis)
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. firmly chopped onion
1/2 c. grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried marjoram or oregano leaves
Dash of pepper
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, slightly beaten

Heat oven to 350º. Grease oblong pan, 13x9x2". Mix all ingredients; spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into pieces, about 2x1 inch. 4 dozen appetizers.
